A-Squar3D Protoype & Design is a company based in the Carolina's that vows to push the envelope and capabilities of advanced Prototype and Design. This is achieved through advanced prototyping methods used in conjunction with 3D Printing. We implement methods such as water soluble Carbon Fiber molds used to create seamless Carbon Fiber monocoque structures. We also have access to 5 - Axis CNC milling as well as high precision laser cutting and etching. Among our vast option of prototyping methods we also offer traditional fabrication via TIG welding and Bridge port milling. Our team consists of some of the most knowledgeable and experienced technicians in the industry.

While we offer a plethora of prototyping services our specialty is in CAD/ CAM design. With an extensive design portfolio and impressive references, we guarantee satisfaction, as your concept is taken from inception to production.
