Dave is unbelievably awesome. I recently was having issues getting a 3D design done for an enclosure. I had issues from getting a design to getting it printed. I approached Dave about it and he was immediately coming out with ideas that just floored me right away. He is not an industrial designer(neither am I) and still he came up with a design that was 1/3 the size of the original design and that too in about 2 days. 2 Days!!! He printed the initial copy for me - included in the design services. That is I was not getting a design that could not be printed - it was the real deal. And the design he did was amazing. It can be assembled in about 30 seconds. No screws or fasteners!! The new design costs 1/2 of the previous one to print. Actually it costs infinitely less(divide by 0 error) because the previous design was neither functional nor printable. Very fortunate to have met Dave. All my 3D designs and prints for future are taken care of - very nicely!! Thank you Dave.

This is my second print that I had Dave complete, and I am as satisfied as ever. He offers great prints, and even better customer service. The first time I printed something for personal use and I was so satisfied by the results, I told my boss who now has me sending rapid prototype models to Dave for our company. There was a minor issue on this second model when removing a super flat piece from the work surface that caused a tiny blemish which was hardly noticeable. He not only offered to reprint the price, but upon telling him it was not an issue, he insisted on decreasing the price. If you are in the Bay Area and you need an affordable and quick 3d printed model, Dave is your best option.

Dave Is very deserving of his outstanding reviews. He responded to me with in an hour when I inquired about his services and even quicker when I had any questions along the way. He is professional, very reasonably priced, and provides more than just quality prints with a quick turn around. My models posed some considerable challenges when printing, and he patiently worked through them, and always consulted me and updated me before moving forward. He has offered advice on how to design models so that prints come out well and offer a greater ease in post processing. He has even offered great advice for other aspects of my project. He is very knowledgeable and experienced with many aspects of 3D printing and I look forward to working with him more.

Dave is the best 3d printer I've found. He prints my parts perfectly, communicates with me when there are problems, and usually finds ways to fix things on his own. I tried other 3d printers and when I do the parts comparison Dave's parts have smoother finishes. I tried the same part with another printer, and they tried making it in 2 different materials and both were sandpapery and trash compared to Dave's prints. On top of that, Dave is very fast as well, and ships things out very quickly. It's just such a great experience to work with Dave!

The system would not let me give more than 5 stars but if possible I would gladly give 7 stars to Dave. My son needed to make a box for a school project and this was his first project in using a 3 d printing service. Dave guided him with valuable suggestions in feasible design and gave a very reasonable quote and discount. The printed box was very high quality and better than we thought. I and my son would recommend Dave for any 3d printing work in Bay area.

Dave was fantastic - he printed my designs quickly. When he found that there was a problem with one of my designs, he tried to fix it, told me about it very quickly, and when I realized I'd make a big mistake in my design, he graciously offered to print it again at no extra cost. The printing was fast and high quality and I look forward to using Dave's printing services again!

Ten Stars. Dave is very bright, has lots of experience, and his shop is open late (last call for stl uploads at 11pm). He has been a big help, very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend him. This was my first 3D printing project, a software guy prototyping a physical product. Trying to print this on my own at TechShop would have been educational, but I would never have made my deadline.

Dave is very knowledgeable and dedicated to 3D printing and always takes an extra effort and time to print parts. If necessary, he will print as many time as possible with different 3D printer settings until he is completely satisfied with the final outcome.
