We utilize several different printing modes which allows us to optimize your parts for time, strength, aesthetics or cost.
We offer rapid discrete prototyping services. We are familiar with and comfortable working within most non-discolsure agreements (NDA).
In most cases your prints begin the same day your file is uploaded.
There are a few items to consider when using the prototyping services. You will want to consider the properties required of the prototype and we can help you choose a suitable material for your requirements.
When you upload your file we will analyze it for print-ability, and if there are issues we communicate potential design solutions.
For those interested in some of the technical details of our printers and processes, read onward:
Our standard printing resolution is 150micron Z layers using a 400micron wide nozzle.
When we optimize for aesthetics we use a 300micron wide nozzle and 100micron Z layers which increases detail resolution but also increases time and cost.
When we optimize for strength we utilize larger nozzle diameters (600-1200micron wide). Wider nozzles lay down wider layers, promoting increased inter layer adhesion, but reduces detail in the XY plane.
When we optimize for speed we increase the height of the Z layers, which reduces printing time, and cost, but also reduces detail resolution. By indicating what you need most prioritized we can strike the right balance for your needs.

Telemetry 3D is awesome!! I have been using them for all of my 3D prints. I have had them print quite a few parts for me in the past weeks. They are extremely helpful & Telemetry is quick too. They always respond to me the same day, and most of the time its within the hour! Also this has been a new experience for me, and with that said Telemetry has made it nothing but fun! We have had to do some trial and error testing on parts and they are more than willing to work with me in that regard. Their prices are also unbeatable and the prints are always of very high quality. I would recommend that you look no further than Telemetry. They will take care of you and your project.
