What everyone has been up involving printing, business, life...
Where do you think printing is going? How should Makexyz better design the site for this? What are the ways everyone is making money in 3D Printing?
It will be at its normal times 11:00 CST.
We tried a different time last time and it seemed no one joined. I will post a link here 30 min. before as well as on my google+ pages.

Makexyz needs to have a better "3d design" interface. It works pretty well for 3D Printing something. However, if someone needs something 3D Designed it is hard to do it in text. It is easier to do it in person. The problem with this is that the customer will most likely do business off of Makexyz then. Because it will be cheaper for them. However, it is bad for us because we get no review. Also, I believe since makexyz got me this business they do deserve some part of the profit.
Also we talked about a slight absence from Nathan and Chad...Seems they have kinda disappeared.
Also, everyone thoughts on a business that just 3D Prints random things that customers wants, or business that 3D Prints custom items for one type of market.
The most sustainable market we have found over the past three years is printing for niche B2B applications. If a business finds you and can profit off of you, then they will continue buying off you for years until they find a better solution. Compare that to selling to consumers who are typically looking for one-off novelty items and never come back for another print. Sure the pool of potential customers is larger, but the potential value of each individual lead is much lower than when working with B2B. Unless you have automated systems in place to handle tons of traffic I'd stay away from the print random things for customers business model.
Only problem with B2B is that in most cases, they have no idea 3D printing would be a better solution than whatever they are currently doing. So it may be up to you to find someone who could really use a 3D printed piece in their business and then pitch them on the replacement. Once you get a few of these clients you will carve out a nice sustainable niche for yourself.
The picture upload problem can be a big deal. If you have no pictures, I dont think customers will "Trust" you. If you know what I mean.
Hopefully Nathan or Chad can jump on this for you!
