kassadi - Yeah there are a few good options. I recently got myself a weighted blanket.
I am at home 24/7 though so I am slowly going stir crazy here. This prolonged self-isolation is not good for someone like me, who is prone to anxiety and depression and the fact that I have very little contact with the outside world is slowly breaking me from the inside out.
I have started talking with my therapist more but it only helps so much. One of the things that does help is a good-nights sleep but with my anxiety I usually toss and turn all night and sleep for only a few hours at a time. That was when I came across a thing called a weighted blacked that is supposed to help you with anxiety.
