Hello guys and girls... forgive me if I seem critical but I just had a couple of quick suggestions to make the service even better. Just my opinion, worth what was paid for it of course ;)

1) I was paying my credit card bill today and noticed 2 payments to "Balanced". I had no idea what that was... and upon searching it, their website says they are closing down and changing into a new company. It wasn't until I searched my purchase emails (luckily I save them all!) that I found the amount matched a payment I made on here. Whew! Glad I caught that before I disputed it with Amex

2) I got an email when I placed the order, but it didn't state who I had ordered from exactly. Also I don't see the order when I click on "my orders" above. I'm guessing that is just for store orders?

3) When I got a response from someone I contacted, it wasn't clear that he had somehow added the item to my cart. He quoted a price but in my cart it was 5x that price. I wasn't sure if he misplaced a decimal point... then I realized when I increased the quantity that it wasn't doubling the price, but adding an amount, so it was a per-part cost plus a flat fee. But nothing in my cart indicated this. It would be nice if it was more of a traditional invoice format so I knew how my $3.52 quote became qty 1 @ $13.15 in my cart.



Just some friendly suggestions. If I am missing something and the order should be showing up on my order link from my dashboard, let me know so I can follow up with the site management.
