- Problems with starting the BIOS can be of a hardware or software nature. The first ones include connection problems, hardware malfunction, the presence of conflicting devices, dust pollution, and the second ones – the user's choice of inappropriate settings or malfunctions in the firmware.BIOS is probably the most reliable software on a computer. Problems with it occur much less often than, for example, with the operating system. The chip in which this system is embedded also fails infrequently. However, it is impossible to completely exclude the situation when the BIOS does not load on the computer. And this does not necessarily mean a hardware malfunction or problems with the program code.I decided to configure the bios myself and came across https://www.softwaretesttips.com/enable-virtualization-in-bios/ and it really helped.
