I recently finished a job for a customer, and he is going to leave feedback for me. However, he can't find the option for rating my services. I can't find anything in my profile that enables this feature, or allows me to request feedback. Can someone tell me exactly what menus he has to navigate to in order to do this? Thank you!

fabhappy - When you say "transferred across", do you mean the 11 days that pass before I get paid? The customer already satisfied his end of the deal days ago. Thanks for your help!

nathan - once the customer pays an invoice, they will see "Leave a review" links in various places (in their payment confirmation email, on the conversation page, etc). Then 11 days later, if they haven't left a review, they will receive an email requesting them to leave a review. That work?

fabhappy - It would be nice to have a button printers can just click to send a friendly reminder boilerplate note... perhaps in one spot (orders page?) where all of the invoices are kept.
