bmmal - Recommendations such as this are difficult to make for FFF/FDM because of the dependency on layer adhesion. Based on data sheets of as-molded specimens I probably wouldn't recommend anything else (unless you wanted to get into composites). However FFF/FDM is so sensitive to layer adhesion that It is difficult make these recommendations based on the data sheets. You may have better luck with a nylon for your application if that nylon had lesser mechanical properties on the data sheet but better layer adhesion in an as-printed form.
