You can easily fix this problem by checking your Data Limit in your iPhone. Now here are some steps from which you can check Data limit on your iPhone:
1) Open your iPhone Settings
2) Go the Cellular > Cellular Data Options
3) Now you can check at the top option "Current Period"
4) Then, you can compare the data limit provided by your cellular service provider and confirms when your data limit is over or not!
