I have the STL ready to go and have been talking to the guys over at Formlabs. We are looking at having it printed with no supports. The new machine will print 6 at a time in 80 minutes.
Now that is a perfect world scenario, but in 3D printing we know that isn't always the case.:)
Hence, someone local as we need to see this work before pulling the trigger for a new machine...

I would help out, but sadly I'm not around you :/
We need locally as we want to see the part run before purchasing a new machine for ourselves.
Right now we produce this piece via FDM technology.
We have our Form1+ up and running. We are trying to run the heck out of it to see how it performs. If you want to send the stl over to cwho shift-2 lgm dot com. I will have a look at it. We tried running some support free production parts before on the Form (not plus) and it was not successful but happy to try again. We are in colorado and ship daily so not an issue to get them out to you and or post or skype the results.
