- I've never managed to make Autodesk123D Catch work properly. Spend half an hour taking pics and an hour uploading 'em and Catch comes up with something Andy Worhol would be proud of! Never managed to get anything printable. :-(
However! My Super-customised Xbox Kinect, complete with multi-coloured laser display, is giving me better results every day! Recently changed over from ReconstructMe to Skanekt and haven't looked back! I'm currently working hard on a 28" motorised rotating platform for full-size standing portraits. It's not easy making a 200lb human rotate once a minute. You try it! :-D
If anyone fancies trying out me whirligig and you're in the London area, give me a shout and we'll give it a spin! :-D

- My Roommate wanted his head printed on the back of a phone case, took him outside and took 20 pictures of his head, lo and behold I now have an STL of his face, Haven't worked out how to attach it to a case, but still!
