Have you tried cornstrach diet?
Cornstarch is really just a complex carbohydrate but it doesn't have much/any flavor. Health food stores sell it in 10lb bags. Dissolves great. Really great stuff if you're wanting to boost your carb intake and can only eat so many potatoes /rice. Complex carbs= good sustaining energy.

irened - I certainly wouldn't practice such a diet. The body will clearly not be delighted. Personally, on the contrary, I have reduced my carbohydrate intake to a minimum. I am practicing the keto diet, where instead of carbohydrates, energy comes from fats. If you're interested, you can check out a couple of keto recipes https://scottgoodingproject.com/recipes/keto. The diet is quite varied, despite the lack of carbohydrates. It's hard to get used to at first, but then you get involved. In general, it will be much more beneficial for the body than a cornstarch diet. The main thing is to approach this wisely.

sam07 - thanks for the advice, I need to lose weight and I am looking for suitable ways for it. Now I have selected a suitable diet for myself, it mainly consists of vegetables and fruits, as well as rice and oatmeal. I take food with me to the gym, It is important that my food contains all the necessary amount of vitamins and microelements. So I carry food in disposable containers https://mcdonaldpaper.com/disposable-containers that close tightly and retain all the nutrients in my food.

sawyer - It's an interesting thread. I never follow any diet. I like buying and receiving high-quality European bread and other bakery goods. While visiting my uncle in Florida a few weeks back, we decided to buy artisan baked goods from this great French bakery named https://www.edelweissbakeryfl.com/ . Something along this lines hasn't occurred to me in a long time. Have you ever had the opportunity to try real homemade bread?

ladaavesta - For me, the "Corn Diet" is an unloading diet during the season when fresh corn appears on store shelves. Usually I sit on such a diet for a few days, usually on weekends. There is almost no harm from fresh boiled corn, but there are a lot of benefits. It is not for nothing that corn is on the third place among cereals and is rightly called the queen of fields. But it will not make you lose weight. Now there is an available private weight loss surgery in the clinic https://www.tonicweightlosssurgery.co.uk/ . It is much more effective for weight loss than any diet.
