Help on warping plastic

Brand new roll of plastic. I never had problems from them in the past.

However I am getting warping on the second layer. I can hear the plastic popping off the platform. It is just not sticking.

Build plate cleaned four times, super clean.

Could it be my heat? Humidity?

the_robo_forge - Is your machine calibrated? If your extruder is not close enough to the build platform during printing it will cause lots of issues. I like it as close as possible so the filament gets smeared tight on the glass.

Does your platform have glass?

vinnie90 - Acrylic and it is perfect. I think this plastic needs to be hotter. Because the layers are not sticking together. Delaminates real easy

elpulpo - Sounds like it Vinnie but, if you've used that material in the past without problems, it does point to a batch issue. I'd set it to one side, order another spool of the same material, ideally from another source and if that works ok, send it back. Might be worth talking to the supplier as well, in case they're aware of a batch problem.

vinnie90 - I agree. I am trying it one more time today. Kinda sucks because it was for one of the "open job" thing. Needs to be done this weekend.
