Hosting on my own computer

I have just created two resources that can be accessed locally (an API "hosted" by IIS, and a website "hosted" by nodejs with express and pm2). Both have their own ports, and it works just fine. Now I would like to show it to the whole world :)
I have found some solutions like WampServer or FileZilla, but unfortunately they allow me to share them index.html the dossier, that's all. The ideal solution in my case would be to simply make these two ports visible to other computers around the world. I created a firewall rule for my two ports and accessed them using
http: / / {Public IP}: Port/api Route
, but it doesn't work :(
If someone would just tell me what to look for, I would really appreciate it.

I've tried to do it, but it's just not possible to do it myself... I don't know much about writing code, but I tried to deal with this problem, and I spent a whole week on it. After that, I got angry and just turned to the https://www.28msec.com/ service so that they would find me a good and convenient web hosting. They were recommended to me by my father, who had the same problem about two years ago..
He said that he also tried to do it himself at first, and he did not succeed, although he is well versed in programs and writing codes!!!
