I accepted a job from the open jobs list. I tried to print the item, and as it turns out the files that are provided aren't printable. Normally I would contact the person who posted the file, but it appears that I cannot do that. It also appears that I cannot cancel the job. I need to either cancel the job or contact the person that uploaded the file to see if I can make some tweaks to it to make it printable... How do I go about this?
