I bought an item from someone on here a few weeks ago and a week later they informed me that they no longer make that item and they sent a message to support (Nathan?) to cancel the transaction. I've also sent a couple of messages. A few days after that, the printer told me they received payment to their PayPal and then refunded it without any word back from support. It's been over a week I haven't gotten my refund or any answers back from support. Not sure what to do now.
