I can't keep my job
This has nothing to do with the baby, but I need to talk about it. Be hard on me, idk, I'm sure I need it.
In my entire life, I have never had a job longer than 4 months, I always quit when it gets difficult or I get bored. I am about to turn 26, I started working a week ago as a receptionist, the first time it was a recruitment agency, literally every day I came home in tears, mentally devastated, because my colleagues did not help, they trained me for an hour and left me to figure it out on my own. I wanted to prove to myself that I would keep this job no matter what, but I found myself apologizing to the manager and telling her that I couldn't handle it anymore.
I was a SAHM, and DH doesn't want me to work, so I don't get any support from him, and I know I have to believe in myself and not rely on anyone else to push me towards my goals.
What do you do when the work gets so hard? How can you stay here for so long? I'm ashamed, so ask someone else. I need a job, and I have to keep it without any excuses.

kassadi - What is your main reason? Why do you want a job? Do you want money or a successful career? I worked in the same place for two years. After my first month, I was thinking of quitting, but I had a lot of debts, which made me stay. After half of the year, I got promoted and started to enjoy my work. It's all about motivation for me. If you don't like working with people, try looking for online options. Many platforms offer https://zizu.io/remote-jobs/qa-en/ . It helped me make some extra cash during the pandemic.
