Hi everyone,

This is a problem with instagram purchases, and the help from FB themselves is so slow that I thought someone here would be able to help me.

Instagram facebook page I have set up my squarespace sales page to my instagram page via my facebook page.

For about a week, all this worked well, and it really helped my book sales...then this morning I can no longer mark the goods, and it says that I am not allowed to make purchases, since I am not in any of the market areas...which, of course, it is, since I didn't move overnight :)

My previously tagged posts are still working and you can see my store on my profile page, but I can't tag new posts as it can't see my catalog since I'm estimated to no longer be in a suitable market.
I am located in the UK. After about 4 hours of communication with the FB support service, they sent it to the internal team, but said that it would take 7-10 days to review it. I wonder if anyone here has had a similar question.
