Hi guys, I just discovered that our builder's standard ducted air conditioner is single-phase, 14.36 kW with 2 zones. We are building a 40 square meter house and it seems terribly inadequate. However, I must admit that I don't know much about the power of an air conditioner. Also, obviously, the two zones can't work at the same time, most likely because it's 3 phases? So I guess there is no other choice but to switch to a 3-phase more powerful air conditioner with additional zones? I also need advice on air conditioning maintenance.
