Hi guys, I just discovered that our builder's standard ducted air conditioner is single-phase, 15.26kW with 3 zones. We are building a 45 square meter house and it seems terribly inadequate. However, I must admit that I don't know much about the power of an air conditioner. Also, obviously, the two zones can't work at the same time, most likely because it's 3 phases? So I guess there is no other choice but to switch to a 3-phase more powerful air conditioner with additional zones? I also need advice on air conditioning maintenance.

- It depends on what you need and where you live. Actually Ducted aircon is a nice system if you need fresh air all over the place you live

- It's summer soon, but it's totally not my favorite season of the year. I withstand cold better, than hot, so I prefer autumn and winter more. On summer hot days I use air conditioner really often. Actually I had an accident with my aircon recently. It didn't work well, so my elder brother decided to check it by himself. As a result he was electrocuted, but he's fine. Nothing serious. Electricity is no joke.
