elpulpo - Must say, I'm bewildered by your post, @imkeenan. You're obviously dissatisfied by your experience with the order you placed on makexyz and I'm very sorry to hear that. I'm sure that Nathan will sort things out for you. For myself, I can confidently say that I have had many customers who were very satisfied with my service and I don't think I'm the exception. There are a great number of very competent printers on makexyz and I think it rather unfair to condemn the entire community on the strength of one experience. I hope you are happier with the product of Nathan's selected maker.

jms3dprinting - I think there are a lot of us who take pride in our work and respond promptly. Yes there are others who still work full time jobs and do this on the side. Look at the reviews and response time. If you don't get a response to a serious inquiry and expect one within 24 hours, look at others.
everyone can have a printer fail or be surprised by a bad model or other issue. If I have a problem I let my customer know right away.
