TV CALIBRATION INSIDE RESOLVE
Hi everyone. I have my TV as an external monitor connected to Davinci Resolve in my Macbook via an UltraStudio Mini interface. I'm going to callibrate my TV for Resolve, with DispcalGUI passing patches to Davinci Resolve and creating a LUT. Question: Can I use the created LUTs in Resolve in a different computer (but the same TV)? At least, theoretically, I think the answer is yes: the Tv receives a true RGB signal, the LUT transforms colors, and this transformation is independent of my machine. Thx.

stivenmuerro - Hi, of course, you can use it, but it does not guarantee that all the parameters will be as accurate as on the same device. The fact is that even if all the parameters are the same, there are differences in the output data, which will impact the color, the image. That is why it is better to do calibration on the second device. At one time, my friends advised me of a good service https://www.isfcalibration.org, which solved my calibration problems, because I tried to do it myself and did wonders.
