Unable to mark order/invoice as complete/shipped
I have an invoice that I have completed and delivered but I am unable to mark it as complete. Is there a trick to this?

chadd - This was my first order and I have to say it has been a struggle trying to navigate the website. It makes communication between the customer and the printer needlessly difficult and it is just hard to navigate the website. Even finding the help/FAQ is difficult.

chadd - One thing that would help would be to have a link to the help/faq page at the top of the main page. Second it would be great if you didn't block email addresses through the built in communication part of the page. I understand you are probably trying to keep people from dealing out side of the site but IMO all it does is make it difficult for people who are trying to legitimately deal through the site. Also the pricing structure was pretty confusing for both the customer and myself again this was my first order. He or I neither one were sure if the site would auto calculate the price or if I just set the price then invoiced based off what I quoted on it. I found the FAQ and was able to gather some info from it that helped but there was still confusion on both our parts. Also there is a W9 form on the site, is that required or not? Do you send W9's at the end of the year to the printers?

chadd - When I hover over the mark as shipped/delivered the link that shows up is the same as the current invoice page that I am on at the time. Is this just a feature that doesn't currently work or is it something with this particular invoice that I have?

terrorfall - Looking at the console in chrome, it turns out the URL to mark an item as complete is wrong. Open up developer tools and look at the error that is generated when you click the link. If you copy the URL and paste it into a new tab, but change the http:// to https:// it will work.
