- Do you have any suggestions on how to implement your suggestion/request? No numbers are published and he is paying for the "call forwarding" Seems like it would be a huge task to do worldwide call forwarding, although I'm sure someone does it for a price.

- Good question Snavazio. I think that, in light of the importance of good communication to customer satisfaction, I'd ditch the call forwarding.
MakeXYZ is the only such site that does call forwarding and, while I understand the reasons for having it, I think it's a trade-off between making customers happy and making sure prospective customers only use the site to contact printers and thereby maintain revenue for MakeXYZ. I doubt that MakeXYZ will be able to fulfil its potential by retaining call forwarding.
Perhaps a good interim compromise would be to allow people to swap phone numbers via the messaging system. I can't check right now but I think it's prevented in some way.
The fact that there are many printers outside the US on MakeXYZ is testament to the quality of the site and its service. It would be a shame if it became restricted to the US simply because international printers were disadvantaged in some way.

- In fact, this problem is very common outside of the U.S., especially for those who run online businesses. I think it creates certain problems for people with that kind of business. They could be helped by a chalkboard mobile app(https://usechalkboard.com) where they could have a second phone number to work with, provide worldwide calls, and anonymize themselves if they wanted to. Do you think this app could help in this situation?
