gibsonmichel - Military men sometimes live for months under constant stress that they might be killed, and when they come home, they arrive a completely different person. But on the other hand, maybe it really wasn't the stress, but the psychological trauma that the stress contributed.

jicubevic - I agree that stress needs to be dealt with somehow, as I have heard that the constant strain on the nervous system, can disrupt the metabolism in the body.
