rebeccakerr - Well, I don't know what's the problem with Mobus atm. As I searched at their official website, they don't have any serious issues so far. So maybe it's just your personal problem. Have you tried contacting their support team? Anyway, I don't remember what was the last time I used Mobus because my husband decided to switch the streaming platform. Now we use https://www.roomba.tv/ IPTV streaming platform and are completely satisfied with it. If you won't solve the issues with Mobus, you should switch the platform too.
