This was designed as an all-in-one enclosure for the Rambo board and Viki LCD on a Makergear M2. I went for a lower profile case so that it could be wide enough to accommodate the LCD while still allowing full travel of the Z axis. There is also a slot on the left side of the cover to allow for the carriage bolts when the carriage is all the way down. This design is loosly based on the original laser printed case for the M2, and the Viki freestanding case by TysonL http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:71343. I also recommend using the M2 enclosure latch by tomlombardi http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:57440 to make sure the cover is secure, although with my print it fits pretty snugly without the latch.The top cover and the case itself are printed separately. I used Simplify3d Creator at 20% infill and the default profile for the Makergear M2. Support is needed for the square holes in the back of the base, as well as the lips where both the cover and the LCD rests. The cover will also need support added for the beveled fan cover. If using Creator, the auto-generated support works great. For assembly, I used 4 flat head machine screws and counter-sunk the holes with a drill underneath the case for the Rambo board. This is to allow the case to sit perfectly flat on the printer and assure enough clearance for the carriage. The same screws were used for the case fan as on the original case, and 4 more of those same type screws and nuts work well for installing the LCD. Also I put a couple washers on the screw for the front right rubber foot so that the screw doesn't go all the way through and prevent the case from sitting flat.
