In my PowerWasp the Y axis is connected to the belt with a T-shaped nylon part with two screws, one on the honeycomb aluminium plate and the other on the belt. Since the screw on the aluminium plate is directly fastened in the nylon, if you unfast it out once or twice you'll end up to strip the thread. Therefore, I designed this improved bracket that includes a M4 nut. You'll have to pause your printer at the right time to insert the nut; on a 0.2mm layer that would be at around the 35th layer. Move out the extruder, insert a M4 nut in place and press it in the hole by heating up with a soldering iron or similar. Once done move the extruder back in the same place it was the moment you paused the print and resume. If you use repetier-host as your control software you can search for the right layer beforehand using the preview and insert a @pause command directly in the gcode. Once it pauses you can use the manual controls to move the extruder out of the way; when you resume the print repetier will move it back to the original position for you.
