This is a bracket for mounting a Wade's Accessible style 3mm filament drive on an Ultimaker with an integral 1/4" OD tube bowden cable interface to slide in the retaining nut. Simply print this with standard infill. (You >don't< want this to be a chunk of solid plastic. It is made large so that it can be mostly empty space and its strength could come from its dimensions.) It prints upside down. Simply print, then adjust it a little with a file, then put it on your Ultimaker. It has an integral bowden cable mounting for the threaded nut on a 1/4" OD diameter cable for driving 3mm filament.
