I inherited a used George Foreman grill but it didn't have the grease catcher. I've been using it over the edge of the sink, but why not print a new grease tray? The big trick with printing this is that it's so long and thin, so you have lots of long strands cooling and causing massive amounts of curl, enough to cause the layers to crack. I made the sides thinner and shorter, and you will have to adjust your slicer settings to be sure the infill even on solid layers is at a 45 degree angle to the sides. (On my Solidoodle 3, I had to print this diagonally to make it fit well, which means I needed slicer settings at 90 degrees.) Even so, I had a bit of curl causing one crack I sealed up with model glue and a clamp, since after a half-dozen failed prints I didn't want to try yet again.
