Instead of the original nozzle there is a hole of 9.5mm in which you can fit a salvaged luer-lock. Cut one from a syringe and remove the flange bits. Now use some glue to fix and water tight the luer-lock into the hole. Now in instead of dismantling your extruder in order to change nozzle (or unclog) you just screw in a new lure-lock tip.
