This is a new construction style I developed to help me print large boxes and walls without warping. These big boxes should print with no warping. Big box is 190mm wide 127mm deep and 100 mm tall. Larger box is 210mmx160mmx100mm. See http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:209056 for an organizer.Printed on a Makergear M2 printer using ABS with the build platform at 95c using hair spray. I've tested with .35, .40 and .50mm nozzles and they all worked great. I usually print with ABS at 220c. If you have had problems printing large box like shapes please try to print this thing and let me know how it works for you. This construction style should eliminate ABS warping on big panels.
