This part was designed to interface a Zebra Tech Wiper J to a SUNA for a low profile configuration. This allows the SUNA and wiper to fit in a 4" schedule 40 ABS pipe. The part was printed on an uPrint SE plus at high resolution by a local high school robotics lab.Convert either stl or igs file to a CAM file and print (e.g.convert stl file to g-code using ReplicatorG to 3-D print on a ThingOMatic). The .ems files can be opened, edited and rendered in the free eMachineshop CAD program so please do! You may have to manually clean up and/or tap the four m3 x 0.5 mm holes depending on whether the selected file has specified holes or not (both included below;see DXF file hole pattern).
