The charging cord that comes with the Chevy Volt gets mounted near an outlet, but I wanted the charge plug end near my car. MakerBot to the rescue! Designed in SketchUp, this bracket mounts to the wall near the car and provides a convenient place to hang the plug when I'm out driving on electrons.Step 1: Print it out Step 2: If you want to use drywall screws to hang it up, use a countersink bit to countersink the mounting holes (I haven't figured out how to make those in SketchUp yet) Step 3: Mount it to the wall near your car!I printed mine multicolor by switching filament to match my car (White Diamond Tricoat / Black Leather / Spice Red accents).Enjoy.
