Modified barspin's nice MK7 filament tube support to be a little taller to make it stronger and see the filament entering the MK7.Print with a fairly high infill (say 30-40%) in order to be somewhat strong and clip strongly to the MK7. Depending on which rod cover position is used for your spool and which one might be used for a tube guide, the tube may be oriented more or less vertically when reaching down into the TOM toward the extruder. If the tube is angled, the guide will probably slip some away from being vertical, but it should continue to perform.
