The biggest mountain in the solar system (at least the biggest one you can easily find DEM data for), Olympus Mons is found on Mars. This is a special edition collectible mountain. It is 100 times larger than the regular 10km size It wouldn't make a very interesting print because it is so large and flat, it is neat for comparison. Set the resolution to 118.54 px/deg which sets the scale to 0.5 km/px, or 59.235 px/deg which gets you 1km/px Crop as desired in photoshop Convert jpeg to stl using http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:110904 Scale the height in Blender. This is a bit arbitrary unless you are modeling something like Olympus Mons for which the height is readily available. There should be someway to get the height calibration from the meta-data like you can with terrestrial GIS, but I haven't figured it out yet.
