It was meant to be, as soon as possible, replaced by RepRap parts But is printing so precise and sturdy i do not want to dismantle it. Its weight is 12 Kg. I only replaced the X an Y carriage with plastic parts (mass).It is made of 2mm laser cut sheet metal and rod (smooth/ M8 threaded) all stainless steel. Electronics Gen6 and a V9 0.35mm extruder for 1.75 filament. Aluminium heated print bed.All red parts are printed this repstrap. So it is replicating itself in parts.I have posted only the 2010 sldasm + e-drawing and a self installing e-drawing for those who do not have Solidworks or e-drawing. maybe if there is interest I will post the parts and drawings from which i have made it. (+/- 100 parts and sldrw's/sldasm) And one photo of the real thing.
