We have wooden blinds on every window in the house and over the years we've had the clips that hold the valence boards on break until we no longer had enough to hang all of the boards. This is a replacement clip for those.Since the original clip was clear plastic, and very small at that - 28mm tall - it was hard to get a good profile of it, so I colored in one side of it with blue Sharpie then photographed the profile. I traced that, then extruded it to the width I wanted. I printed mine in ABS because I worried PLA might be too brittle - these things flex quite a lot when you are installing them. I printed them with 100% infill because they are rather thin, but still load bearing. They've worked great. I did have to print them on a raft because without they tended to break away from the bed during print.
