If you want to include the curved base, use brim (recommended) or raft (not tried). If you slice with Slic3r, rescale to preferred size and then set the layer height to 0.000 mm up to mid way of the curved base. To include the curved base, use a wide brim (6 mm or more) or raft (not tried). The model is very tall and has a narrow base => ensure good platform adhesion and limit your xy acceleration by reducing printing speed.
