This a modded version of the jhead attach part that has a 40mm fan mount. Test it out and let me know. I have printed one out on my Prusa i3 but have not tested it out yet. I tried to keep it simple as possible so the fan is mounted a little higher than it needs to be.Attach a 40mm fan to the mount using M3 screws. You might need to use some washers also depending on the M3 head type you use.
