This is a new Extruder with TWO hobbed bolts for extrusion. Two bolts means this is almost unstrippable. You should get fewer Jams and allow more pressure for smaller printheads.I'm calling this Wades Collaborative Extruder because so many people have added so many great things to the Wades, Without all of you this would not be possible.I've included my CREO PK2 file for your editing fun. Sorry it's got everything in it so it's a bit messy. I'll clean it up later. Also are the .STL's for what it is right now. Build like other "Wades" variant extruders, but with Dual Hobbed bolts. There's quite a bit that still needs work. The new Latch for the top needs a good strong spring in the middle. The Drive gears need to be matched to the motor gear. I just need to add the STL's and do a little Mods to make the little gear taller. but right now it's setup with an extra nut on the threads to hold the little gear to the herringbone gears. (I didn't make the Herringbone, those were designed by others so I've left that out.) I need to Mod it for the Makerbot Groovmount. (5mm disc insert)Is Jhead right now.I need to buy more skate bearings to complete mine for testing. Concievably this could work for faster printing once it's refined.If you need any changes or exports please ask, I'm up for anything you want to help with or that you have better ideas for.
