Hi I designed this extruder for my new Merlin Hotend. the extruder is designed so it can be printed in one part, using support structures. but be careful. there a many very thin structures inside, so you need a really good setup to print this part in good quality. i used the merlin hotend with 0,2mm nozzle. every drive gear from 10 to 13mm diameter will fit just fine. You need some screws, springs etc -3X M3x20 -2x M4 threaded bolt 70mm -2x M4 safety nuts -1x M6 x20mm -2x M4 wingnuts -2x short 10mm springs -1x M10 nut -2x M4 x xx mm to connect the extruder to your x carriage (50mm hole distance) 1x 626ZZ ball bearing Note: this is a work in progress, so i may change some minor things. i really appreciate yor help and i will be thankful for your suggestions and tips to make this extruder better.
