All I have really done here is re-size Cuty13's great model and draw up a back plate for it. You can find Cuty13's original file here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:298579The files are set up for dual extrusion, you can either open the .thing file in MakerWare and both parts will be there ready to choose your extruder for each, or you can open each .stl file without re-positioning them. If you only have one extruder, you can either print it all one colour or change filament once the back is complete.
