This is a connector designed to work with standard craft sticks. The zip file includes two models, one with cruciform bores and one with straight bores. Failing a Save Against Platonic Love: http://zheng3.com/?p=1955 No assembly necessary. Just print a few and connect them with craft sticks.The cruciform bores overhang quite a bit, so they can get a little sloppy printing on a Replicator. A powder printer shouldn't have any trouble with them though.
