This is an ultra-compact dash replacement for the Suzuki DRZ 400 made to carry a Trail-Tech Voyager GPS Speedo along with the factory ignition switch and indicator lights. This design mounts directly to the oversize handlebar between the clamps. It was designed and tested with Pro-taper fat-bars and Pro-taper handlebar clamps. Making the most of this design requires being able to pause your 3D-printer at a specific height/layer to embed the nuts in the bottom part of the mount. This makes for a greatly simplified installation. M5 lock-nuts and allen-head M5 (35 to 40mm long) bolts are recommended along with your original Suzuki and Trail-tech hardware. Also recommend 1 flanged wood screw to lock the top plate in position. I personally tested this design on my own motorcycle for over 1 year/1700 miles in all weather/terrain/conditions without any issues and it continues to have miles added to it.Printed at either 100 micron layer height or 200 microns with skinning for best appearance. Should use a 0.4mm nozzle. All parts print, flat-side-down. Lots of fillets were used to smooth out printing. The bottom piece should be paused at 7.5mm to drop the M5 nuts in their respective holes. When installing on the bike, mount the electronics in the top piece and then bolt the bottom and top pieces together clamping it to the bar. The carrier plate with the Voyager should be added last. I recommend adding thin rubber washers under the voyager and using a small amount of medium-thread-lock when bolting the voyager to the carrier plate. Then slide the carrier plate into place, it should wedge itself snug by the time it's flush with the mount. Then add the wood screw in the hole below the carrier to lock it in place.
