I designed this MinimOSD case inspired by this make: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:169137 Just added a new pair of snap hooks to the cover and a pair of flanges to the base box. Also enlarged a little bit the interior tolerances to allow boards from different manufacturers and slightly different dimensions to fit just right. Both parts are printed with a Replicator 2x, 0.3mm layers, 2 shells, 25% infill without supports. Your printer needs to be well calibrated to make parts that snap nicely together.
