I wanted to make my own Bulbasaur planter after spying the original one on Reddit and finding that it wasn't on here (which has since been rectified http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:383659). It turns out that this model is quite tiny. The main cavity for the plant is only 18mm across. Try printing at a scale of 2.5 to 2.8 to accommodate most mini store bought plants. I will be modifying the hole for the plant to make it a little deeper and better able to hold the roots. My print consisted of a 2.5 scale with 3 walls and 10% infill. It weighed 135 grams (ABS) and took 14 hours on a Replicator 1. The plant is a Pachyveria "Little Jewel" sold in a small cup at Wal-mart. Another Gentleman on Reddit (u/GrandeSwag) found a much better plant for the build than I used.
