These panels allow you to dress-up your kossel-mini with acrylic panels. You will need 2 of the back-panel parts and one door-panel part. You mount them to the kossel-mini frame using standoffs (such as this one http://www.slimlinewarehouse.com.au/pg/Standoffs/Standoff-SMTS1220.aspx but I got mine at http://tapplastics.com in California... so the holes in the file are 8mm). For the door, you need to glue the hinges, handle and a magnetic catch. There is also space for you to mount an LCD controller below the door. I have included the spacers that I used for these panes. I mounted my power supply and controller on one of the back panels (you'll need to drill holes) and a spool holder to the other back panel (you'll want to add such a hole to the laser cutting file if you do so). When you put the panels on (if you have the airtripper), you will need to space the extruder away from the frame... and also, the tap standoffs are not long enough to give full range of motion on the effector... so I added spacers for those too. I cut from 3/8 clear acrylic and then added r-20 reflective film (for a mirrored look). My original build was made with routers, saws and drills... but I look forward to someone testing the laser cutting and letting me know.
