This is very cool... Print as many links as you want to make a link together bracelet or necklace in colours of your choice... or a mix of colours to suit. Each link is the same and links to the next and the last one links to the first one to complete it. Make it any length you want. The design makes each piece grab the next link like a Lego figures hand onto something round. However, they won't slide out sideways due to the added ridges.... so the links rotate but cannot slip out. Print a box full of links in different colours and you will always have different bracelet or necklace to wear! . Read the instructions before printing. If you like this take time to check out my other designs! This is a finely detailed print... Replicator 2 users shouldn't rescale it at all or it may not link together as it should. However, on a 5th Generation Replicator, for example, you will probably need to scale it down by 3-5% to get it connecting as securely as a Replicator 2 print. This is just due to the different levels of accuracy and detail delivered by different 3D printers. This was developed for a Replicator 2 but will print well on other machines with a bit of testing. The .stl file has 4 links in it. Multiply on your build plate to suit or make a few in one colour/one print then change colours to make more to link together. On a Replicator 2 these clip on snuggly so they are secure and rotate freely (up to the maximum degrees allowable). However, I suggest using my Build Plate Stabilizers to ensure there is no rocking of the build pate that can affect print quality. Suggest printing with 3 shells and 35% infill which will make them almost solid.
